So i had to do a speech in front of some really important people at a conference meeting today,Im normally shy, I was a nervous wreck before hand lol, So i done my speech and that moment when you’r just about to finsh and you think to yourself,“ Are they going to stand and clap?? or are they going to sit and be in silent ?? .. So when i finished the moment of truth came, they all stood and clap :) Im officially the youngest in the team as a Manager :) ..

way nice! I know I had to speak at a town meeting once and everybody looked at me because when I tried to speak the first time the only thing that came out was a "hhhhhhh"(just a scratchy breath) Rock on my kiwi!

@NiceGirlBack: i'm very proud of u. U have way more self confadance than i do. I can't stand when ppl just look @ me, let alone have 2 talk infront of them.
