During this bored state of mine at the mo .. I decided to check my emails.. And a msg that was sent to me earlier.. GUESS WHAT GUYS AND GIRLS .. Ive just been promoted :) Yeah baby yeah :).. Start new position on Monday and My 1st ever conference meeting overseas is in November in the U.K :) staying there for 1wk:) ohh so i guess hard work does pay off :) ... im so happy because i get to see my family over there that i havent seen for ages :D

I am curious , in your country when you are promoted , the company will just inform your thru e-mails???

In my homeland , you will be called by the company's head office and you'll be congratulated in person :)

I was told 4months ago, Had a meeting that i was getting promoted but they werent sure when and how it was going to happen .. Ive been waiting since then a call or something.. Then i get their email... Naming the venue for my offical position .. 4months seem like a whole year.. So its all formal on Monday :)
