So my dog got into the cabinet beneath my sink (where we keep all the cleaning supplies) while i was at work last night, as well as my roomate's cat. I came home this morning to them lying in the middle of the floor practically motionless. Rushed them to the vet & they are being cared for but, the prognosis is not good for either one of them at all. Just sitting here waiting on the call from the vet :-( tonight is going to be long & stressful. I feel like im losing my best friend, the one thing in the world i could trust completely & know loved me unconditionaly. God this SUCKS!

@buttercup10: thanks :-) I've actually had a couple of people tell me "don't worry, its just an animal" i guess they don't really understand. He is like my kid. And been with me for the better part of 11yrs and through some of the roughest parts of my life. To me its no different than losing a family member....

@patriots25: your welcome, I have lost so many pets to so many reasons and either way a loss is a loss and it still hurts just as bad. The one I miss the most is the samoyed( if I spelled it right) from when I was a kid his name was bear, he was the best guard dog ever and oh so lovable. He was my best friend
