Well in the past 2 weeks ive been overlaoded with stress, but the good news is ive lost 9 pounds. Yayyy for me rite :-) the same thing happened the week the Tom/Donna scam was exposed, ofcourse i gained it all back over time but now im losing again. I am thrilled to death cuz what girl dont wanna lose weight rite? But gosh i sure am fatigue, i stay soooo tired and exausted lately. I eat about 4-6 of those 100 calorie special k bars a day to keep something in my stomach, but the thought of "real food" curls my stomach, makes me nausea. Would vitamins help me feel better? Protein or iron vitamins maybe? I want to continue to lose the weight but i need sum energy, any suggestions?

Yes , 6 special K bars a day is not enough u need a balanced diet! Salad , yoghurt, fruit eat small portions but multiple times a day! And Vitamins would be good 2! The faster u loose it the faster u will gain it back! ;)

Becareful with pills. The body doesnt really absorbe them very well. U really just spend alot of money to have some expensive pee. Take some water soluble suppliments slowly over about a hr or 2. That is best. Focus on the b vitamins and green coffie extract to boost your matabilisim. Sorry for the spelling lol. Hope it helps.

Congrats!! But make sure you aren't starving yourself because that almost always leads to a binge at some point. /: I find the best way to diet is to find foods that make you feel satisfied, so you don't get that nausea :)

Ensure would make a great supplement... As well as instant breakfast carnation, you can put it in coffee, milk, cereal...

@TalkingDollKait: i agree ensure drinks would be ideal cuz they are packed full of vitamins and minerals and are easy on the stomach . I know a few smack heads and alco's that practically live off the stuff . Pmsl
