How many men know about dating review/gossip groups that have become popular with women?

I'm very curious if this is something most men know about or if your average guy just has no clue.
I am a man who ended up getting reviewed in one of those 'Are we dating the same guy' review groups a while back and was somewhat horrified to find out that this was a thing. (I was also clueless this had occurred for quite a while)
Do most of you guys know about this? My assumption is that most guys are just as oblivious as I was or they would be up in arms about it. I can't imagine most guys are comfortable with the idea of being reviewed in those forums without their consent, but maybe I am wrong?
