This site doesn't seem to have much of non American profiles!
Most of the American profiles have some sort of "NON AMERICAN(US) CANNOT CONTACT" contact restriction! So this could be a waste of time for users outside the US!
This is not a problem with the site but probably the users!

I constantly get messages from people outside the US. Me personally, as I don't mind being friends with folks outside the US, could never date someone that far away. So I can understand why some people may put that restriction on. jmo

ive put it up because ive been told some stories about scammers...

I put the restictions on bc i get alot of guys that just want 2 marry me 2 get a green card. I tried being nice w 1 guy n telling him i wasn't interested but he kept comming @ me.

Some countries can only message members from their country.....thats the sites restrictions not the members

I wouldnt put up a that kind of restriction as I would like to think that love us colorblind and distance for true hearts is no issue. But I am also wary;just because the pic is a beautiful girl doesnt mean that the user is not some scammer trying to pluck heartstrings and get some cash. But I have had some girls from the U.S. try that(not using names) so caution is probably the best policy.

I agree with all of the above. You can never be too careful. Even within our own Country. Gawd that's depressing.....LOL

I don't put mine up because I honestly try to give anyone who messages me the time of day (though it depends on the nature of their message and if I'm really tired or can't think of anything to say.) I would not enter into a relationship with someone who lived outside my country but I would offer them virtual friendship, it is up to them whether they consider it a "waste of time."
