Have you tried sending it to both of our International numbers:
+44 793 794 777 0
+46 769 436 200
Both of those numbers are equipped to receive SMS from mobile phones in Australia. If it still doesn't work, please check with your Operator to see if your mobile plan allows sending International SMS.
