Why can a woman express love and make man feel good but when man expresses, she rolls her eyes?

hmm maybe the girl didnt see the sincerity in her guy :) but still it depends on the girl, maybe she doesnt like what u are doin :)
I do not know. How do you make a man notice you that you really connect with and he dont know or dont want too. I feel so stupid that i dont have the experience to do this on my own.
