My wife (40) told me she was done with me (42) and our marriage 3 months ago

TLDR; My wife said we were done 3 months ago but since then through a lot of hard conversations I am not sure I want to continue the marriage.
Three months ago my wife told me she was unhappy and she was done with the marriage. The most shocking part was that she said she wasn?t sure she loved me for ?a while?. We always said ?I love you? so I was really thrown by that. Nevertheless we didn?t end things that Sunday but I took real ownership of what I had done to fracture our relationship and started to change including going on medication for my depression and anxiety for the first time. I must admit the medication has helped a lot and I am sad I didn?t realize how much it could help earlier in my life. Over the three months we had a lot of hard talks and after one very loud and mean outburst from her and I mean it was bad I really started to think about it this was really what I wanted. She is very mean with her words and I am very nonverbal and cold when upset. Words can be so piercing.
I guess where I am going with this is she has changed a lot over the last couple of years. Some good and some not so good. Things like her empathy and caring for things isn?t there as much. Some do you these group of friends she made at our gym. They are some very closed minded and click like people (think popular kids). I will admit she has seen some of her own faults more recently as well and she admits her empathy has swayed. There is more of course. I want to feel loved and appreciated as anyone does and she just doesn?t do somethings I would like to show that. This isn?t new but for me I want it more now in this part of my life. Just like her, I have also changed. We changed together for so long now I don?t know, maybe this last changing has pulled us apart.
