Broke up(22M) with my GF(22F), she is now flying over here from her country.

Me and my gf are 22 Year olds and we were having a distance relationship( Roughly 2 Years). I see her pretty frequently, I go visit her every 2 - 3 months and stay over for a month and she also comes to see me too to stay around a month or so.
Basically she started doing her masters in a new university in a different city away from her family. After 2 months she told me she's confused about everything, this uni, her future and also our relationship. And she said she's not sure if she should be in a relationship right now. I am an understanding and easy going guy. So I listened to her and we talked about it. At the end I said what's she's been going through is totally normal but I cannot be with someone who is not sure about the relationship. And we broke up.
2 Days later she calls me crying in the morning that she did a horrible mistake and she wants me to forgive her and bought tickets to come see me 5 days later. She said she was absolutely sure about what she's doing so I said okay.
She basically 2 days later said that she's really hoping that when she sees me she's still in love as before. Which still says that she's unsure about her feelings. I honestly don't expect anything at this point, I am too confused.
TLDR: I am really confused at the moment, I was ready to move on, 2 days ago. Then she calls me saying she's sorry and flying over here to see me, then few days later again tells me she's not sure again.
