I won a bid war for a retro 620 Nintendo. Origin is Europe. But, for reasons, I'll never understand, instead of directly shipping to America, they shipped it to China! Now, it looks like I'll never get it. Nor, did I get a refund!

@DearJohn: u never do have contact with em. It's not ebay. They can email u but u can't reply to it.

@Team17: you need to contact them and let them know. They might thought they shipped it to the right place ... There must be a way to contact them phone or email

I heard on the news that since the Pandemic began, these shipping companies have become overwhelmed by so many orders that they can not keep up the pace to fill these orders. So I would think that your order is a victim of overload, you'll just have to have a lot of patience.

i do have patience. But it just seems weird. That Nintendo was the very first item I won on top hatter. I've received all my other items.

I remember few yrs ago a friend of mine ordered an original Nintendo console which came from China, it took almost a whole year before he finally received it. Then through the same company, he ordered a ship in a bottle kit, that took 6 months before it arrived.

that does make sense. I once had to wait 9 months for slingshot bands.
