Ive got alot on my mind lately, any ideas to help ease the pain?

I talk to people I trust to be helpful. Or I write about it. Get the thoughts outta my head, if it's towards/about a certain person, I write out a letter to them, laying it all out. then I tear it up into little pieces and burn it. lol. It's like a form of therapy. Or I scream and yell it out while destroying things, my fav was me an my best friend were tearin down an old shed, we had an axe and a pix axe... hehehe. needless to say I am surprised the cops weren't called as loud as we were screaming and carrying on.
but anyway, my point is: let it out an get it out. don't let it fester in your mind.

I don't know if you are a religeous man, but ask the LORD for guidance. That's what i do when i feel overwhelmed. If you put 100% faith that he will help you through it, don't second guess him, and just quit worrying about it, he will take care of it for you when the time is perfect for it to be taken care of. If you try to fix it on your own chances are it'll make it worse, and there will be negative consequences down the line that follow.

@patrickwenner3: good looking out buddy. Stand in the faith no matter what life, or haters throw your way. The devil will always try to break you down, make you sad or depressed, take away everything you hold dear, and make you suffer, but GOD will always pick you back up as long as you believe, just like a father picks up his child when learning to walk. That is what we are supposed to be doing anyway, learning to walk like Christ, but no one gets it perfect until they reach heaven. You think a lifetime is long? We are nothing but babies at age 80 compared to eternity. The real life is after we die, and are in either heaven or hell.
