For folks who entered their first relationship 'later' in life (after 30), how did your relationship come about and what were the reasons for it being 'later' in life?

1. How did the relationship come about?
   
2. What were your/the reasons for it happening later (e.g. self esteem issues, questioning sexuality, career/school etc.)?
   
3. Was it with a man or woman?
   
4. When did you inform your SO of your lack of experience and how did they take it?
   
5. What were the advantages/disadvantages for starting a relationship at a later age?
   
6. What were the most challenging parts to get used to seeing as you had been single for so long?
