Use of amino acids (by B3dR00m3y3z)
I've recently began taking a regimen of amino acids: arginine, creatine, and mulit-vitamins, moderate exercise & a see-food diet. LOL! (being that I'm skinny I can get away with it anyways) I'm really not trying to get buff or ripped being that I'm nearly 30 it's really an attempt to slow down the aging process. Vanity! LOL! I feel great as my testosterone increases, however sometimes I do stupid things dating because I'm hormonal like a dumb teenager. lol. I'm have no medical background so I'm just winging it. I just figure if I can keep my testosterone levels high in my 30's. I'd have the verility and vigor in my 40's that would put youngster half my age to shame! ;)
