Can someone help me...... Every time I try to upload a pic it goes to a blank screen.... Then I go back and try again and that's all it does

This is the first time I hear about this issue. So when you try to upload a pic via the HTML form, it just takes you to a blank screen? Is there anything at all on that blank screen? Also, what phone make and model do you have?

@Andres: blackberry torch.... Thhas the dating Dating.mobi thing at the top but I can't click on n e thing or do anything
