My close Friend (18F) let her boyfriend (19M) make hurtful, insensitive comments about my skin

This happened about a month and a half ago, at a mutual friend?s party. We were all having fun celebrating our graduation and just chatting. I am very self conscious because I have a skin condition called vitiligo, it means my skin has white blotches and is just discolored. I don?t like to use shorts or dresses for that same reason. I?ve always used long sleeves or sweaters to hide it but on this day, I thought it would be nice to dress up so I wore I nice blue jumpsuit. Everyone was so nice and they acknowledged that I looked good and that I had nothing to worry about since it was a gathering with friends.
I was sitting at the table with my back to said man and he gasps all of a sudden. I was scared, I thought something landed on me or something but he goes, ?oh my god what happened to you!? Did you burn yourself? Is that contagious?? And immediately my heart sank. He was talking about my spots. I turned around and told him that I?ve had them since I was around 8 and that he shouldn?t worry because they?re not contagious. My friend just stood there and didn?t tell him anything. I?m really hurt because I?ve always been there for her as she has for me and she knew about how low my self esteem is because of my spots. If I were in her shoes I would?ve said something to him like ?hey babe that?s really rude, you should apologize?. I feel like she didn?t tell him off because she?s sooooo in love with him. The worst part is that even after I explained he kept making jokes about it. I had a bad time for the rest of the party since they were still there. And even after they left, I felt sad. He?s also made rude comments about my boyfriend and his acne which ****** me off even more.
I don?t know what to do. I want to confront them and say how I feel, but at the same time I also just feel done with my friendship with her. I feel like we just don?t connect like we used to in high school and I don?t want her in my life anymore. I?ve thought about just cutting her off since I?m moving but my boyfriend told me that it?s really rude and it?s wrong to ?leave things in the air.? Please give me any advice on what to do.
