I?m (42/m) fed up with the cabin my wife (44/f) bought!

About a year ago, my wife decided to take out good amount of our retirement money to buy a cabin.
I was never for it! I have tried everything to talk her out of it! She just assumed I wasn?t seeing the big picture!
It started when she found out this cabin was worth only $60k and that a nearby cabin have sold for $240k. She immediately assumed she?d buy it, fix it up over the time, use it frequently, then flip it for massive profit. Especially because it is a unique yet beautiful cabin.
Problem is, the cabin is plagued with every kind of problems imaginable! Even the previous owner warned us that it is likely going to need to be bulldozed and rebuilds.
My wife refuses to believe it. She really believes it just need some works and it will be fine. She just can?t get over how beautiful it looks on the outside and completely ignore numerous serious issues such as rotting frames, poor insulation, hvac system not working properly, foundation is in horrible condition, etc...
As soon as she got it. I feel like I never have a day where I am not forced to take on burden of the stress, being asked to rush up there to do something every weekend, and other things.
I never agreed to help her with anything as I absolutely don?t want the cabin!
My wife wants to try and use it at every opportunity and it is starting to really pushing me away! We couldn?t have any holiday without being at the cabin and every time we do, we have to spend few hundreds because of how bad of a condition it is in!
I could never have a day to do something in the garage because she?d always need me to do something at the cabin! I have tried to show her how to do things but she wouldn?t do it herself!
She is constantly using her vacation time to just go to cabin and sit there and maybe do some busy works.
She have been driving up there just to sit there for a hour or so then come back. She has started to really neglect everything here.
She?s starting to going broke frequently and I?m having to cover more and more things for her.
Now she?s talking about taking few more thousands out of our retirement account!
I?m seriously ******! I have never liked being up there, I don?t want to pick up her slack because she bit off more than she can chew, I?m tired of not being able to have any off day doing something I want to!
I?m at point where I feel like I have to tell her flat out to sell the cabin or I?m leaving her!
Tldr: Wife took our retirement money to buy a cabin plagued with problems. Now want me to fix it!
