If someone claims to be an expert in your occupation, what's one question you can ask to find out of they're lying?

I'm a Texas High School football coach and the amount of football "experts" I hear while at the bar watching the game or at my kid's football game is hilarious. Too many Madden players out there think they can outcoach anyone. I just like to ask them " what's the difference between a shade and a three?"
If they look at me like a puppy who just heard a funny noise, I know they know two things about coach football:
