Would you rather be great at basketball but die early from a heart condition, great at swimming but get severe scoliosis, brilliant but get schizophrenia, great at music but go deaf, great at art but get severe depression, or be an unskilled moron who is otherwise healthy?

Inspired by actual people except for the last one, which is just the opposite of all of the other choices...
Assume the great skill starts from as soon as you are a sentient child, but the downside hits in your 20's to 30's.
