Would you rather be able to teleport objects or teleport yourself? (by Sparky)

WYR be able to teleport objects or teleport yourself?
Edit to clarify:
Teleport Yourself:
Anything you can reasonably quickly and safely remove from yourself won't come with you. Clothing, glasses, etc are left behind. Pacemakers, braces, fillings, etc stay, and if you go through additional surgeries / receive new augmentations, they will also travel with you.
Teleport Objects:
Non-living things only. An object containing people/animals will not teleport the beings inside, only the containing object. Transporting the universe around you would thus displace all living beings. Proceed with caution, madlad.
