My (28F) mother (54F) keeps nagging at me everytime I see her about me not owning a home yet, not having a successful bf, and comparing me to other daughters who married well. How do I get her to stop?

I am getting beat down everytime I see her. My bf is currently looking for a job after finishing grad school. We rent a condo because we cannot afford a house yet. I work full time and make 80k year and I just moved out. I finished paying off student loans and bought a car so unfortunately I dont have money for a house yet. The houses are 800k to 1mil where I live. I know I didnt make the best financial choices and I know I can be in a better place. Everytime I visit her I get compared to other peoples daughters who married rich husbands, own a house and live better than me. She keeps saying I gave up on expecting that from you. I wish you can live better. I know she wants the best for me but I feel really sad everytime I hear those things. When I tell her how it makes me sad she keeps saying I need to find a successful man and live better. How do I get her to stop? I feel so destroyed everytime.
TL;DR. My mom keeps comparing me to other daughters who married well and own houses. I do not have these things yet and she reminds me everytime. How do I get her to stop?
