I'm a quiet person, but when I do speak, I ak rather blunt and sarcastic. I dunno how to start a conversation that isn't morbid. Any advice?

@NeverShoutPsycho: the first step in dealing with an issue you have is to become aware of it. The second is to deal with it. We do not do somthing for no reason. Its all choice.. Fill okay with yourself understand you are just a human being like everyone find someone you can practice with just speaking. And practice on you own too. Go online there may be a place in your area the can help too. Some of the issue may also be self confidence
