I [M24] injured both my feet in a work accident. Girlfriend [F22] told me she is going to drop me off at my parents house because she doesn?t want to take care of me. What to do?

Hello all,
My girlfriend and I have been together for 3 and a half years now. I recently had a work injury that took out both my feet. My right foot is doing better but I did more damage to my left one. I have an orthopedic appointment next Wednesday and I was told to stay off of my left one. I use a wheelchair to get around but due to the small house we have, it isn?t very wheel chair friendly so it is hard to get around. My girlfriend messaged me last night and told me she is sick of taking care of me even though it?s been a little over a week. She said she hopes my orthopedic appointment is good news ?for my sake.? She said whatever the outcome is, she is going to pack my bags and drop me off at my parents house 2 hours away so she can have peace and quiet and get away from me.
She has no job and I?m paying all the bills with my workers comp and all she has to do is feed me and I can do pretty much the rest of everything by myself. She said it?s too much for her and she isn?t happy so until I get better, I can go live with my parents. I am so upset because this is half my house and all my belongings are here. If I leave I don?t know if I will ever be able to get them back and I cannot pack up right now anyways. I just feel hopeless she locked herself in the room leaving me to take care of the dogs and try to stand up and cook my own meals even though the doctor told me not to but she said I can do everything myself from now on. My parents house is even worse because most of everything is upstairs. I don?t know what to do. I am depressed and I feel like a waste of space and I can hardly get around to do things. What should I do?
TL;DR I injured my feet at work and my girlfriend doesn?t want to deal with me anymore.
