Would you rather have the power to absorb and redirect most forms of energy, or the power to mimic the properties of solid inorganic materials you touch?

Option 1: You can now absorb energy in forms such as kinetic, electrical, heat, or nuclear. You can project the energy back out offensively, or store the energy to enhance strength and speed. However you can only absorb as much energy as the Tsar Bomba explosion emitted, anything above that will destroy you, you must be prepared to absorb kinetic energy, and any cuts deeper than 3 inches will cause your energy to leak out and make you explode.
Option 2: You can instantly turn into a living version of any solid inorganic nonliving material you touch (when you want to of course), meaning you can touch graphene and become nearly indestructible, or touch your clothes while you are falling to soften the impact of your fall. You gain all of the weaknesses of the material you mimic, can't mimic organic solid objects or anything alive like bones, grass, or fur, you can still feel pain, and you cannot heal unless you turn back to normal meaning if you got a cut while mimicking something it wouldn't clot or scab.
