Would you rather never need sleep and live an average life-span, or need 16 hours a night and live for 300 years?
Choice 1: Never sleeping would not affect health. Life-span 78 years.
Choice 2: Sense of age would adjust accordingly (Ex: at 150 years old you would feel 39, 300 years old feels like 78)
Does not guarantee protection from death by exterior force.
Edit: 39 is half of 78, not 34. Posted late at night lol my bad.
