Wider horizons (by james85)
I start this thread in the hope of sharing my experiances of a training course i am starting tomorrow and it lasts for 20 weeks.
So what is it? Well its called "wider horizons" and its a cross border/community course for young unemployed people like me, which brings me on to the point that yes i am unemployed and have been since i left school at 16, i am in no way proud or wanting sympathy from this, and of course it brings up many other debates, which should be saved for another time. The major element of the course is a trip to Apers in Belguim, i done the course last year but didnt get the trip due to problems with my passport, but i did get something more than that, friendship, espically two amazing female friends who i miss very dearly and think of them every day. The last time i had done so many "firsts", anyways i want everyones questions comments etc, because you all mean so much to me and i'll be posting wee inspirational quotes from my local charity shop. So todays quote is: "dont make excuses- make good"
