Companies do not give drug tests to keep employees from doing drugs, they give them to protect themselves from any civil or criminal liability a drug using employee might bring upon the company. If someone takes a job, they know abt drug tests, thus, have no leg to stand on when arguing whether or whether not its is fair to them. In other words, if u don't want to take drug tests, go work for someone who doesn't give them...or quit doing drugs.

At my job i understand. If they test only some suspects then staff will cry favoritism/ discrimination so tested all.

I would take one. I have no problem with it. My old job did it yearly and and a monthly random that chose ten people from all over the casino and it was in their policys and procedures.

Wouldnt bother me a bit. I've been drug free for a long time now.
