My Depression makes it incredibly hard to show emotion. How can I show my parents how much I appreciate them for sticking with me?

Seriously, my parents are ****ing all stars and I feel like I’ve never let them know in my 21 years of living. Just like any other family dynamic, we’ve had our ups and downs, we disagree on some big issues such as religion and politics, but at the end of the day they care for me. They let my ass live with them right now while I’m in college so I can focus solely on work and school without the stress of paying rent. My mom constantly tells me she loves me and it’s hard because I can’t really feel it. Like it’s not genuine. But I know she is. My dad is a rock and doesn’t really show emotion, but I know only love could make a man put up with some of the **** I’ve done.
Any tips?
