With option 1 you can change your job as many times as you want. No need to worry about a CV, every employer will take you in. There is no magic potion that will make you an expert within the field you choose so you still need to learn, but you would enjoy it (and if not, choose something else).
With option 2 you would not be permitted to quit after year and live happily ever after. Only when you are 75 may you retire. Work starts at 5am, lunch is from 11-12 and you finish work at 6pm. 5 days a week. You would only ever be assembling a children toy which requires two pieces of plastic to be connected together.
