Have you ever broken up with your SO because of life circumstances and not because you didnâ€™t love them ?

I saw a couple of threads about this but I would like some more perspectives and experiences regarding this.
Have you ever broken up with your SO because of life (job changes, school, distance)
Where is the relationship now?
Did you ever reconcile or rekindle?
Did you do no contact?
Did you regret the decision?
Are you happy?
Edit: wow I appreciate all your insights and perspectives. I am going through a situation like this where I am moving to the east coast and my SO is moving across the other side. We are doing No Contact for now. But my SO is my best friend and I am theirs as well so itâ€™s just sad.. but we both know there is growth to be had and the stress in our 20s would be too much for now. I appreciate all of you sharing your stories. It gives me a good sense of hope regardless of being together ultimately or not.
