WYR be able to reverse time by one hour (With a one hour cool down) or be able to see all events in the future, but only a week out?
You can reverse time by one hour, and the entire universe is as it was one hour ago. The only thing that is unchanged is your mind, knowing the time has been turned back.
Seeing into the future allows you to sit and see all the outcomes of the following week. These outcomes can change, based on you deciding to act differently, or even by simply observing the future in the first place, but you can only foresee one week ahead of you now or less.
