Update: I’m worried about my friend [17F] and her involvement with a new guy at work [31M]

Since this point things took so much of a downward spiral I didn’t even bother to post about it. I guess it just seemed hopeless so I gave up on trying to end it. They have sex now, multiple times a week, and sneak around behind his wife’s back. Right now she is in another city visiting him for an overnight trip instead of meeting with a financial advisor like she told her parents. At this point does anyone have suggestions on how to help this? They’re convinced that they’re soul mates and Idk what other stuff he’s been telling her but the predominant thing is that they’re in love and he wants to divorce his wife and marry her when she goes off to college. This entire situation is so messed up and I was hoping it would just end but it’s been going on close to a year
Tl;dr My friend’s relationship with an older man has progressed to a full on affair with promises on his part to divorce his wife
