Suck as in very bad, like one of the worst ever like Ryan Leaf, Tim Couch, and JaMarcus Russell. Decent as in a good player as a backup, maybe on the fringe of being a starter, however somewhat inconsistent. No alternative, it's one or the other.

Suck...make millions every year until the contract is over and don't need to work hard or get injured. They won't put me in but they still have to pay.
