WYR have the ability to get people high and (or) drunk by thought or get yourself high or drunk by thought?

induce a high or drunk state to a person or group of people by just thinking it / mind control. it can be any type of drug or alcohol of choice. [cocaine, LSD, marijuana, etc] and the person(s) will physically feel the effects. OR have the same ability but just for yourself. for both options: you can control the intensity of the highness/drunkenness, you can also switch it on/off at will. and most importantly, there are no negative health effects.
