Would you rather instantly receive any degree of your choosing or receive a $2000/m stipend for the rest of your life?

You can choose any degree that you want, and it's a PhD. You will also instantly gain all the knowledge you need to obtain the degree and all the skills you need to work in the field.
The 2000 a month stipend is for life. You can choose to work any job you want on top of that.
