- You can teleport anywhere in sight, with a 30-second cool down. You can take up to 30 pounds of 'stuff' (including your clothes) with you
However - You can never access the internet again. This includes through computers, phones, game consoles, and any future technology which would allow you to do so.
- No 'other people surf the web for you' loophole. Any time someone else uses the internet, their device's screen will simply appear to be blank to you, and you won't hear anything coming through it.
- You can still benefit from secondary internet access. For example if the librarian needed internet access check when your book is due, that is acceptable.
Option 2
- Any device you're using has infinite charge.
- You get free wifi and/or 4G (or whatever your phone uses) wherever you go. It's ultra high-speed, safe connection.
- You are also given access to a secret Netflix-type website. You can download any movie, television show, or computer-compatible videogame that has ever been released to the public. It also has hi-def versions of every movie, television show, and videogame that will be released during the year. On January 1st, you could watch any movie that's released in theaters during 2018. You never need to worry about being caught for it.
- You can't copy or show anybody anything that you see on this website.
However - You're paralyzed from the waist down. You still have control over your bowels and won't have any accidents in that regard, but you otherwise have no feeling below your bellybutton and can't move your legs.
