What's your insecurity?
Come on. Be open. No need to pretend you're perfect and everything is going great.
Mine is my weight. I'm 71ish kg, 179cm. I dislike how my stomach looks, as it's not perfectly rock hard abs. I get neurotic and think about rash ideas like not eating when the scales go over 72.5 or so.
What's your insecurity? What's eating at you? What do you want to get out in the open?
