Thank you to all those who answered and it helped me think clearly about the situation.
I broke up with him the day I posted on Dating.mobi. I posted on Dating.mobi and two hours after, I ended it. He didn't take it too well but I followed through and I left him. He didn't seem that bothered to be honest.
I brought My dog and all the vet bills are under my name so I legally own the dog. If he wants to take me to court for him, he can, but I've looked into it and he won't win.
About all of this situation, I'll never understand why he did what he did. Surely it would have been easier to just message Brooke behind my back to begin with? Instead he went to extreme lengths. My only guess is because he felt guilty for talking to his ex and wanted to make himself feel better? I don't know. None of it makes sense to me.
I moved out of our home straight away and I lived with my parents while I looked for a property, I found a place and I'm moving in two weeks so that's something!
Anyway, thank you all for the support and advice. I must have looked crazy for posting first and not dumping.. but I finally came to my senses.
