Ladies who never had a serious relationship until later in life, did you encounter any struggles in developing said relationship?
While I'm still pretty young (21), nine out of ten people I meet are either in serious relationships (over a year, I suppose) or have had several, while I have never been in one at all. I've had sex, sure, but I've never been in any relationship. I have pretty bad social anxiety which I think has contributed somewhat, and I worry that when I do find someone I would like to date seriously, I just won't know what to do in a relationship environment because I have no experience.
So my question is for those of you who had their first serious relationships later than most people (whatever that means to you!). Did it feel natural? Did you struggle at all with the concept of no longer being single? I'd love to hear all about it!

No, it didn't feel natural to an extent...it's like any big life-change. You just learn as you go. But I think it's kinda nice now that I'm older. I got to go through all my little phases and really grow up. I did have trouble adjusting to a relationship not being "fun" all the time. Real relationships suck sometimes, but it's worth it if you stay faithful and love one another.
