Here's my list, so far:

Nice Haircut
Good Posture
Dress Better
Lift Weights / Get Cardio
Clean / Treat Bad Skin

The way you carry yourself and feel about yourself determines alot about how attractive you feel. If you feel and think you look like s.hit, then you probably do. If you think you look great, carry yourself as you look great, then you'll appear to others as great. That's my experience anyway, that's how i feel.
