What a reasonable response when another guy tries to downgrade you in front of your girlfriend?
My girlfriend is very attractive and also taller than me (I'm 5'6, shes 5'8) I don't are and neither does she. We've been together for 3 years and when we go out a lot of people try to make fun of us. Last time we went to Starbucks my girlfriend ordered some food, when the guy gave the total I paid for it and his response was "aww, how cute" like I was a kid or something. When I was at ren fest with her one guy that worked there yelled from far away "HEY! CONGRATS ON DATING WAY ABOVE YOUR LEAGUE". Another time we were taking pictures at a dance, she decided to wear high heels and I didnt care but once we took a picture with the photographer the guy put a stool for me to stand on and everybody just laughed. It doesn't bother me or her that I'm shorter than her, i absolutely love this women, but I cant just stand there and let other men insult me in front of my girlfriend. So what would be a reasonable response to other peoples actions?
