I lost my original engagement ring last year and had been wearing a fake that I bought (well a sapphire) ring for about 6 months. I didn't expect Hector (my fiancé ) to replace it because...why should he?

We were in the jewelry store awhile back and I saw this dream of a ring and he asked if I wanted to see it and I said no because it was too expensive. Long story short, it's gonna be mine in a couple more payments! I seriously can't stop looking at the pictures. Here's one...

@MrWalkSoftly: I'm actually not sure where I lost it. When I noticed it was gone, I had been to the mall and tried on some clothes and also to the gas station before I came home. I didn't notice it was gone until I got into the shower. The original was a little big (I could spin it around my finger).
Trust me, I've searched/called every place possible.

The new one is a little snug for that purpose, but I can slide it on and off with no problem.
