She said that we kinda rushed into things and it went downhill from there

Give her a little space, let her know how you feel, but say you understand she needs time. Talk if she wants to, but Dont force yourself on her. She has to feel the same for you, and if with time she doesnt, you have to understand

Im not sure but to tell her its at her own pace and that you are starting to care for her. But never be dishonest or cruel to her if she doesn't.except. But always be you.

Im in exactly the same kind of position. For me, im gonna give it some time and try again with a slower and better approach. My emotions got carried away with me a bit and she didnt want to go that fast. So instead of speeding things up i slowed them down. So now ive collected myself. Ive gotten hold of my emotions. And soon i will try again. :) hope this is helpfull
