What is a “dirty little (or big) secret†about an industry that you have worked in, that people outside the industry really ought to know?

Not really a secret just something no ones talks about or thinks about.
When I drove a semi truck OTR we would haul haz-mat materials like car batteries and ect and our next load would be food products its not the drivers fought he's just doing what he's told to do or else
