its not literally deep fried i throw them in the pan with garlic and a little butter and cook them down until they get nice and slightly crispity ;)

I remember when I was a kid my mom used to make zuccini bread that was so good
Here fried squash is a big thing. I like it with melted cheese on top

Here fried squash is a big thing. I like it with melted cheese on top

i love zuccini and squash and make it a couple times a month but my fried version only once every few months
