Are you drinking plenty of water and eating right. Even hot you have to eat just find a cooler spot to eat at so you can be cool to eat because i quit eating when hot.. Im not sure but they say coke for sea sickness not alot but a few sips.

@brats52005: Well, I do drink water but as for eating right I'll just go ahead and admit I'm a sugar addict....hopefully I can stop that though. Thanks for the advice.

@OFWGKTA: Well with me being in the ems field I would tell ya to go see a MD. Theres alot of things that could make you feel that way. Not that the advice given by others is bad you should drink plenty of water and eat. But better safe than sorry. Hope ya feel better.
