I'm hearing the typhoons is now at a level three. And should be a level one before leaving the west of the country
@Zilya777: level 5 most severe, level 1 least severe, just below that is tropical depression/ storm
@Zilya777: no, it is weakening. But moving slow and dumping massive amounts of rain. Biggest concern atm is land slides due to excessive rain
