The feeling comes back (by Truecowboy7606)
How many of you have or still do follow the rodeo circuit? I quit riding broncs 4 years ago and keep wondering "now what? Is this it? Just survive with no meaning to life?" Rodeo was my life, now what do I do? Just get old and die?
I know many old rodeo hands that are now bull haulers. And I know a couple that became rodeo clowns. Point is, when one passion fails you, find a new one. Life is full of passion and fun. You just have to find it.
My cousin rode bulls then team roped for years before hanging it up. He went on to become one hell of an advocate for disabled people. It's not what you do that defines you. It's what you leave behind as your legacy that matters. When he passed at 41 from a car accident he left behind a family that loved him and many lives that he touched through his work. Think about it bubba.
@Truecowboy7606: Hell bubba you might have known my cousin. The name Terry Fraker ring a bell?
No it doesn't sorry. Thanks for the advice though.
