mistake has caused her stress and
anguish because her family is racist

much of her family is racist and that
one uncle openly makes racist

complicated because Payton is
mixed-race, the lawsuit says.

American girl. To get a decent cut,
Jennifer must travel to a black
neighborhood, far from where she
lives, where she is obviously different
in appearance, and not overtly
welcome,' according to the lawsuit.
Ms Cramblett says she grew up in
Scio, Ohio - population 762 - and
didn't meet a black person until she
attended college. She currently lives
in Uniontown, population 2,802, and
fears Payton will be the only non-
white child in class when the time
comes for her to attend school.

difficulty accepting the fact that she
is gay and encourage her to hide her
sexual orientation when she is around

Im sure there is a box somewhere on the form where you check the race of the donor you want. But, lesbians, or, rather, the tolerlance preaching homosexual community crying abt a mixed race baby is laughable to me.

This story peaks my interest on so many levels. Sent?....sperm is delivered now? There are still all white towns? Is Peyton going to be given the security of known love when she finds out her mom was so dissatisfied with her that she sued? And yes the irony of a lesbian suing over a mixed race child does not escape me. I realize on a strictly legal pov suing and winning because the wrong product was delivered is a good possibility. But on a moral and best interest of the child pov I believe I wld refrain from any complaint legal or otherwise in the process that resulted in giving me a child....but thats just my opinion.

Ok.. And that would be a choice .But this woman whatever she is or isn't didn't get her choice that she paid for. Ugh . this could drag out for years in the courts. That poor child of hers will be exploited no matter what she did or didn't do or what the courts & the media do or don't do. Sad case really at least for the child.

@WalkSoftly: makes me sad too...but I guarantee that is her legal complaint. It actually enrages me. Perhaps because I live in a small racist town and have two children born that by all means possible should have never been conceived, one of color. I shower my kids with love and make a point of being open and honest about the circumstances of their birth...make sure that they know how glad I am that they exist no matter how they got here. Again this is a good example of the attitude so many have that THEIR actions have no consequences. If she had gotten a baby with an inherited disease or black or green or purple that is a risk she was willing to take because SHE chose to have sperm SENT to her! How dare she put all this out in public and permanent view for Peyton to one day see.
