Should you train your partner like a puppy? (by james85)

This is one of the weirdest questions ive read: Is it possible to train your partner like you would a dog? Life coach Sloan Sheridan Williams says if you want unconditional love you need to follow puppy psychology rules. Like only rewarding good behaviour, not bad, and withholding your respect and devotion until they've earned it. Could this work with people? Or if you have to train your other half, perhaps they aren't the one for you?

I dont know about your partner , but i always said that raising a kid is just like training a puppy , the neighbours dont approve when i leave the kid outside overnight feeding him scraps of bones though

Isn't that insane? No one is going to stick around either, once they realise you are training them like a puppy.

If you bring them home & pee on my floor instead of in the toilet. Im sorry but im taking them back where i got them. Lol! Imo i agree that respect is earned. But without giving respect. If you don't give a person respect then what are your chances of being respected? hmmm good question i think.
